OVERVIEW
The St. John Mary Mzee Small Christian Community (Kabondo) is one of the foundational grassroots structures of the Church, created to unite parishioners in faith, fellowship, and service.
The Kabondo provides a platform for spiritual growth, mutual support, and active participation in parish life. Members pray together, share the Word of God, support each other in times of joy and difficulty, and collectively strengthen their sense of belonging to the Church.
MISSION
To strengthen faith and foster unity through prayer, mutual care, and active participation in Church life.
OBJECTIVES
- Build a close-knit faith community where members know and care for one another.
- Encourage active involvement in parish activities and sacraments.
- Provide spiritual and emotional support to members in times of need.
- Strengthen the family bond of faith through prayer, home visits, and communal worship.
- Organize monthly Masses and prayer gatherings within the community.
