OVERVIEW
St. Gyavira is the largest Small Christian Community (SCC) in St. Charles Lwanga Ntinda Parish. It was established when the former sub-parish was elevated to a parish, requiring the creation of SCCs to deepen faith and fellowship at grassroots level.
Unlike other communities bound strictly by geography, St. Gyavira is unique and inclusive—it welcomes parishioners from across a wide area and even those who have shifted abroad but remain spiritually connected.
Areas covered: Kyambogo University Road, Kiwatule, Najjera, Nalya, Gayaza, Kisasi, Kulambiro, and beyond.

To ensure that families and marriages in the parish are strengthened in faith, unity, and love, thereby contributing to the growth of the Church
OBJECTIVES
- To foster evangelization and spiritual growth within the community.
- To organize and coordinate monthly community Masses.
- To promote prayer life through the Rosary in May and October.
- To care for the sick, bereaved, and vulnerable.
- To strengthen fellowship and unity among members.
- To support parish leadership by actively participating in parish structures.
